Roofing Installation & Repair

A roof is arguably the most important component of your home, which in many cases is the largest investment you will ever make. Roofing Process

1. A couple of days before the job starts materials will arrive.

2. Start day – the workers will carefully lay out tarps and building protection over fragile plants or other sensitive areas and they will begin removing the old shingles.

3. Once all the old shingles are off we will carefully inspect your roof decking for signs of rot or improper installation.  We will replace any that is necessary before continuing.

4. After making sure the roof deck is solid we will install the necessary ice and water barrier and fiberglass reinforced felt underlayment.

5. The next step is to install the shingles.

6. Once all work is complete on the roof the final cleanup begins.  This is performed by magnetic sweeps and visually looking for debris.

7. The next day one of our project managers will carefully inspect the entire project, from the ground to the ridge cap, to make sure it meets our strict standards
